Getting Started with VidMaker: A Complete Tutorial

Welcome to VidMaker! This tutorial will walk you through creating your first video.

Step 1: Choose Your Input Type

VidMaker supports multiple input types: URL (paste a product or landing page URL), Text (describe your video vision), Prompt (give AI creative direction), or Media (upload your own images or video clips).

Step 2: Select Video Purpose

Choose from 9 video purposes — each optimises the video structure for a specific marketing outcome: Product Demo, Product Review, Testimonial, Educational, Brand Awareness, Comparison, Unboxing, Social Snippet, or Affiliate.

Step 3: Customise Settings

Select your platform target (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.), choose a style preset (Corporate, Viral, Minimal, Luxury), and set your preferred duration.

Step 4: Generate

Click Generate and VidMaker will analyse your input, build a scene-by-scene plan, generate visuals and motion, add voiceover and music, and deliver your final video.

Step 5: Download and Share

Preview your video, make any adjustments, then download or share directly to social platforms.
